The Bindass Premier League (BPL) was today started by army in the memory of Shaheed Constable Mudasir Ahmed Shiekh who was also known as ‘Bindass’. Mudasir laid down his life while fighting terrorists in Baramulla this May where in 3 Pakistani Terrorists were neutralized by the Joint security forces.
