Wreath lying ceremony was held to pay tributes to Naik Sameer Mallah whose body was recovered after he had gone missing in Budgam.  Mallah-a resident of Lokipora Khag village of Budgam was  recruited in 62 Rashtriya Rifles (Dogra) Unit.
