Army chief Gen Bipin Rawat said Kashmiris are being fooled by the Pakistan. He said Pakistan will never recognise the sacrifices of Kashmiris dying in encounter or on border.
He said Kashmiris are living in fear of terrorists’ gun. General said youth are being pressurised to pelt stones by terrorists. Gen Rawat said stone-pelter does comes in some definition of terrorist.
In an interview with a news channel he said Pakistan army needs an enemy to remain its position of being in power but it has chosen a wrong enemy and are now trapped.
He said talks with Pakistan can start if it stops incentivising terrorism but it even flatly refuses to acknowledge that there are terrorists camps.
