Gousia Colony residents, Dialgam, district Anantnag, today alleged that they were made to pay for wires and electricity poles after a new power transformer was installed to get a connection. They even alleged the transformer was provided to them after paying a bribe of Rs 20,000 The department has ordered an inquiry into the matter.
