Baramulla: Ambulances bought with lakhs of rupees under MPLAD fund to provide speedy medical facility for residents of far off place of Baramula district are lying unused at the office of Chief Medical Officer Baramualla. For about two-year they have not been dispatched to their respective health centres and are getting rusted.
Locals say they themselves are amused at the audacity of health departmetn officials in misusing public money.
