Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Jammu and Kashmir is now becoming new example of development in the country. Addressing a rally at Palli in Jammu he said Panchayati Raj system was not implemented in entirety in J&K earlier. He said now Valmiki Samaj is truly empowered and equal citizen of the country after laws were implemented in J&K.
