The cycling expedition organized by Dah Division to commemorate 50 years of Indias historic victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak War after covering 455 kms culminated at Udhampur today. It was flagged in by Lieutenant General S Harimohan Iyer, AVSM, Chief of Staff, Headquarters Northern Command.
