The number of COVID-19 patients in Jammu and Kashmir has reached 368 as 14 more persons all from Kashmir were tested positive for the coronavirus on Monday. J&K is among the states where doubling rate is less than 20-day. Doubling rate of covid19 cases has increased to 7.5 days from 3.4 days before lockdown. 18 States have performed better than the national average doubling rate.
