Winter Carnival has started at Drass, second coldest inhabited place in the world. Various events are being organized to boost the youths. The carnival commenced with Archery in which 120 Archers participated. The carnival is being organised by the Indian army in which events like Ice Skating, Snow Ski and Polo will also be held.
