The voting for third phase of Panchayat poll concluded on Saturday. In Jammu region heavy polling was registered. Kishtwar recorded 87%, Rajouri 80%, Poonch 87% and Ramban 87% voting, In Kashmir region also voting was quite healthy. Till 12am Kupwara recorded 39% voting, Bandipora 40% and Baramulla 20%.
