Feroz Ahmad Khan , Chairman Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil today demanded the up gradation of present Kargil satellite campus of University of Kashmir into a full fledged University. He also asked the Government to start the works of prestigious Kargil-Zanskar national highway.
