Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday welcomed the foreign dignitaries who have arrived in India to attend the two-day BRICS Summit 2016 in Goa’s Salcette. Upon receiving formal welcome, the leaders posed for a group photograph at the venue. Today is the second day of the 8th BRICS Summit that began yesterday with a formal dinner.
