Roads and building minister Nayeem Akhtar, also the chief spokesperson of the government, Thursday said the sentiment of the state is that Kashmiri students who are studying outside should have secure atmosphere. He said these students can become emotional bridge between Kashmir and rest of the country.
He told it to media after opposition members staged a walkout over attack on Kashmiri students in the Haryana on Thursday
