President Ram Nath Kovind in a address to the joint session of parliament on Monday terrorist violence in the interiors of Jammu & Kashmir is directly related to cross-border infiltration.
He said better coordination, our Army, Para-Military Forces and Jammu-Kashmir Police are giving a befitting response to the perpetrators.
He said the government has kept open the path of dialogue with those who wish to shun violence and join the main stream, while reposing faith in the Constitution of India
