Health minister refuses to meet parents of 12 –yr old cancer patient:

A cancer patient’s family has appealed the people for donation.
A class 6th student of Government Girls Higher Secondary School Reshamgarh namely Sneha, daughter of Suraj Parkash and Rattno Devi, a resident of H No 466, Reshamgarh Colony is suffering from cancer for the past two months.
Huge amount is required for the treatment, which the family can’t afford as they are already reeling under financial problems.
