A man who last Tuesday evening fled away after taking AK-47 rifle of a Special Police Officer (SPO) in Doda district has been arrested. He has been identified as Mohammad Rafi of Trown village in the Pranoo area. He was coming from Bhella towards his village in his vehicle and was accompanied by an SPO, who was carrying the weapon.
