About 60% Water Coolers Installed By Jammu Municipal Corporation in Jammu are non-Functional. The process to install water coolers started in 2005-06 and till now 472 have been installed but 231 are non-functional . In addition to it water coolers installed under Jammu City Smart City project are also not operational.
