Kashmiri Pandits celebrate their first Navratri at the Kheer Bhawani Temple  The Kheer Bhawani Temple, also known as Mata Ragneya Devi Temple, is located in Ganderbal district in Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmiri Pandits visit the temple to pay their respects and participate in the Kheer Bhawani Mela, which is one of the Kashmiri Pandits’ biggest religious events.
