Sonam Wangchuk Withdraws Pashima March

Sonam Wangchuk today it has been decided that they will not go ahead with Border March on April 7^th.  He said the way Leh administration is over reacting there is possible of violence and break down of law and order so it has been decided not to go ahead with the march.
