J&K LG said Union Territory of J&K tops country in providing online services and also has highest rate of transparency. He said it in his address at 20 Connect Lecture Series on ‘Good Governance’ at University of Delhi. LG Emphasized on people’s participation, particularly youth in governance to increase transparency & accountability and inclusion of marginalized section in decision making for sustainable development.
