Jammu and Kashmir Police have registered a case against a groom from Awantipora for allegedly evading the wedding day reception. The said wedding reception was called off at the last moment by the groom side on the pretext that the groom has run away and has refused to attend the reception thereby denying the Nikah which has been performed earlier.
