Union Minister of Law and Justice Kiren Rijiju addressing a public function in Anantnag said earlier benefits of schemes were available to few people but not too common people especially tribals and poor in Kashmir which has now been changed and now everyone is getting benefits. He said now the law of land is being enforced here unlike earlier when the “law” of just a few people was running in the valley.
