Hans Raj, a 76-year-old farmer,f rom village ballian has seen his crop yields soar with the usage of state-of-the-art polyhouse installed under government scheme. The polyhouse was installed at an estimated cost of ₹20 lakh, with 95% subsidy provided by the government. He is becoming inspiration for the youth.
