He Special Cell of Delhi Police on Monday arrested five suspected terrorists from the Shakarpur area after an encounter. Of the five arrested, two are from Punjab and the rest are residents of Jammu and Kashmir. The five, allegedly linked to Khalistan, were arrested on Monday after an encounter in Shakarpur. The arrested men were reportedly involved in the murder of Shaurya Chakra awardee Balwinder Singh Bhikhiwind.
