J&K Govt terminated three more staffers under Art 311 (2) (c) of Constitution of India, over alleged terror links. They are Altaf Hussain Pandit, chemistry professor at Kashmir University; Mohd Maqbool Hajam, teacher in school education deptt; & Ghulam Rasool, a J&K police constable.
