Three-day Patnitop Carnival started yesterday. Coinciding with the New Year Celebrations followed by Christmas and a good snowfall, the Carnival’s purpose is to attract the tourists and also to promote the composite culture of J&K to the tourists of other parts of India.
Local Dogri art,music,folk dance,ethnic cuisines and fun activities including various snow games will be the main attractions for tourists.
Local Dogri Kudd Dance and Geetru performances by Jammu artists were the main attractions yesterday evening.
