July 28 : 204 trained constables joined the Border Security Force family and took oath to serve the motherland after completing 44-week-long rigorous basic training.
Smartly dressed in BSF uniform, the new recruits participated in a colourful Attestation Parade at BSF Subsidiary Training Centre, Humhama in the city outskirts in the central Kashmir district of Badgam.
Additional Director General (ADG), Special Director General Headquarters (Western Command) Kamal Nayan Choubey (IPS) took salute of well turned out parade in the presence of Inspector General BSF Training Center S S Chahar.
