Two militants were shot dead in an encounter at Pulwama. IGP Kashmir said one of the militant killed was Pakistani militant. He was identified as JeM commander Kamaal Bhai @ Jatt. He was active since 2018 in Pulwama-Shopian area and was involved in several terror crimes & civilian atrocities
