The Delhi High Court today convicted Congress leader Sajjan Kumar for criminal conspiracy, promoting enmity, acts against communal harmony in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case. The Congress leader has been sentenced to life. The court has asked him to surrender by December 31. The Sikh community has welcomed the court’s decision.
