The J&K Police have decided to establish 19 special counter terror units for eight of the 10 districts of Jammu division to combat increasing incidents of terrorism in the once peaceful areas falling South of Pir Panjal mountain range and Chenab Valley in the UT. This comes as the central government appointed former NSG chief Nalin Prabhat as J&K Special DGP.
