Udhampur: Udhampur police have arrested 15-yr-old accused of raping a three-year-old girl. According to SSP Udhampur Rayeez Bhat the accused used to visit the house of the victim regularly to deliver milk.
“On Saturday he found the victim alone and attempted to rape her,” said the SSP.
He said the accused was found “in objectionable condition” by the brother of the minor girl, who is studying in class 8th, screamed for help.
SSP said before the neighbours’ could reach for help the juvenile accused fled from the spot.
A special investigation team was constituted which raided various location and the accused was arrested.
