118 students studying in Talwara primary school in district Reasi are forced to defecate in open in absence of wash rooms. 53 girl students are also studying there. It doesn’t have basic infrastructure and students are forced to bring even water from home. The student say one of the girl students had a snake bite when she went in open to relieve her and was admitted in the hospital. Interestingly, Reasi has been declared Open Defecation Free district of the state.
