A 10-year-old boy was today critically injured when he was hit by rocket launcher fired by Pakistan in Shahpur sector along LoC in Poonch district
According to family members of 10-yr Ashiq Hussain he was playing near his home when Pak fired rocket launcher along which exploded in thier compound.
However, defence spokesman said Ashiq Hussain was seriousluy injured when he reportedly started fiddling with some unexploded ammunition
He was rushed to a civilian hospital where doctors referred him to Government Medical College Jammu for specialised treatment.
Defence spokesperson said small arms firing was also reported for over half-an-hour in the nearby Sawjian sector in the early hours today
